This could explain a lot

There is a very interesting post on the Drudge Report today that could explain a great deal about the claim of executive privilege made by Emperor Obama in the Fast and Furious matter.

It seems that, in order to get a wiretap order, the DOJ is required to make a very detailed application to the judge. Among other things this has to be reviewed by several big shots within DOJ before it goes to the judge.  This application goes into some detail about what they have done so far, what they hope to find with the tap, etc.  Drudge is speculating that these affidavits directly mention Holder and other high-ups within DOJ as having specific knowledge of the program much earlier than they admit.

I urge readers to log onto the Drudge Report and check it out.

By the way, the DOJ has already decided to NOT prosecute Holder.  Damn, what a surprise.
