The infamous killer, Charles Manson, has defied the system for a second time in just a few months and smuggled another cell phone into his prison cell. Manson, 76, was caught with a LG cell phone, under his mattress, in December, that was found to make several calls and text messages before being found. The prison guards have now located a second phone in his possession.
The cult leader was apparently making contacts across the country. The calls and texts were made to New Jersey, California, Florida and British Columbia. The latest phone was found on Jan. 6 in the highly protected area of the prison, according to the California Department of Corrections.
The Corcoran State Prison had already taken 30 days credit from Manson and will likely punish him further. Manson went to prison over 30 years ago for his cult following through with the slaying of seven Hollywood notables, including Sharon Tate, in 1969.
