Jerry files appeal in Engineers union furlough case

Recently Alameda County Superior Court Judge Steven Brick ruled that the Governor owes the members of the Professional Engineers in California Government a ton of money over their furlough.  Jerry doesn’t like that and has filed an appeal.  The original lawsuit also names John Chiang, the Controller, though his office is not part of the appeal filing.
