A parolee has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, kidnapping, carjacking and other charges for allegedly engaging in a one-man crime spree during a 74-minute period in East Oakland a month ago, police said.
Jamar Cleveland, 26, of Oakland, who faces a total of 25 felony counts, was arraigned in Alameda County Superior Court on Tuesday…
He's being held at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin without bail.
Oakland police said Cleveland is suspected of committing two shootings, three carjackings and at least two kidnappings between 10:43 a.m. and 11:57 a.m. on June 4.
Cleveland had been at large since the series of incidents…Among the other charges against Cleveland are false imprisonment, assault with a semi-automatic firearm, second degree commercial burglary, carrying a concealed weapon and being an ex-felon in possession of a firearm.
