GoldStarLogoA former guest of the state is under arrest in Orange County on suspicion of attacking five women over a five hour period on Thursday.

Ulises Delatorre, 32, is on parole from an attempted murder beef.  He also has a lengthy history of gang involved violence.  He is believed to have attacked five women in four locations.  Two of the women were in town for a half-marathon race when he attacked them as they entered their motel room.  The women fought back against the knife-wielding thug, and both were somewhat injured.

Delatorre is being held without bail pending arraignment.

These guys are gonna do what they do no matter what their supervision level is. Its the nature of the beast.

  2. LA Sleuth says:

Too many unanswered questions on this case. Was this parolee being supervised at the highest level of parole supervision? Because he is a gang member was he assigned to the gang GPS unit ? Was he wearing a GPS? Lets see if heads roll on this case ? Thanks to ABC for stating that this individual is a parolee. Sacramento D. Hoffman and company are playing hardball and are refusing to disclose if those individuals on active parole status are being arrested for new serious and or new violent criminal offenses. CDCR is also refusing to honor news media requests under the Freedom of Information Act. The code of silence and corruption within CDCR /DAPO is more pronounced today than ever before.
