A former guest of Eric Holder at the Taft Correctional Institution has received a settlement of $425,000 dollars due to the fact that he contracted Valley Fever while an inmate at that facility.

Meth dealer Arjang Panah got the settlement from federal judge Gary Allen Press on Tuesday.

Panah has since been released from custody and is presumably kicking it on Bora Bora or someplace pleasant that isn’t in the middle of the San Joaquin Valley.
