Court OKs DNA testing

justiceAn eleven-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has just said that the California practice of taking a DNA sample from any person arrested for a felony or potential felony is kosher.

The California law requires that, if found innocent, the accused party must petition to have the sample and record destroyed.   The AC:LU didn’t like that.  They lost.
