justiceSenior Federal District Court Judge Anthony W. Ishi ruled today that the mandatory 10-day waiting period to buy a gun in California (which may get longer on January 1 due to a recent law change) is likely unconstitutional.

He is giving Kamala Harris the opportunity to present arguments. The wheels of justice grind very, very slowly at times.

It’s likely unconstitutional? It is. Period. But what authority does Senior Federal District Court Judge Anthony W. Ishi have? Can he void the law entirely and if so, why didn’t he order that in his decision? Looks like just another whitewash of BS that will have no change at all.
