Another notable realignment failure

blivetA Stockton man is now back in jail in Stanislaus County for several crimes committed only hours after being released early from jail.

Aaron Modisett-Hollie, 18, is not a nice man.  He has priors including kidnapping, and false imprisonment.  Shortly after 0900 on Tuesday he broke into a house in Ceres in full view of a neighbor who he knew had seen him.  The female resident of the house heard the glass break and saw Hollie coming in through the window.  She tried to keep him out but could not do so as Hollie is much bigger.  She then picked up a piece of broken window and starting stabbing him.  He finally withdrew.

Various local residents saw Hollie, and reported him to the local constabulary.  They arrested his happy ass and are now holding him for attempted rape, burglary and probation violation, pretty much the same charges he got an early release on the day before.
